market through its network of worldwide manufacturing facilities
and offices. Corporate Headquarters, as well as fab 2, 3, 5,
8 and 12 are located in the Hsinchu Science Park. Fab 6 and
14 are located in the Tainan Science Park. TSMC's subsidiaries
are WaferTech (US); TSMC (Shanghai, China); and its joint venture
Fab SSMC (Singapore). TSMC's operations comprise two advanced
300mm wafer fabs, five eight-inch fabs and one six-inch wafer
fab. TSMC is the world's largest dedicated semiconductor foundry,
providing the industry's leading process technology, library
and IP options and other leading-edge foundry services, such
as mask making and IC packaging and testing. The company provides
fabrication processes, including CMOS logic, mixed-mode/RF,
volatile and non-volatile memory, BiCMOS, High Voltage and CMOS
