The TSMC CyberShuttle^SM prototyping service significantly reduces NRE costs by providing the widest technology selection (35-micron to 45nm), the most frequent launch schedules (up to 10 per shuttles per month), and the most convenient on-line systems in the foundry industry. Since its launch in 1998, CyberShuttle^SM has provided hundreds of multi-project wafers supporting thousands of devices.
