Mr. M.C.Tzeng is currently Vice President of Mainstream Fab Operations/Affiliates in Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited (TSMC). Prior to this post, he was Vice President of Mainstream Technology Business of TSMC. He has been working for tsmc since Jan. 1987. Before joining tsmc, he worked for ERSO/ITRI in the IC process field.

Mr. M.C.Tzeng has very extensive experiences on the IC Fabs. He held the positions from process engineer, section manager, department manager, Fab senior director to Vice President. He is very knowledgeable both on process technology development and especially Fab operations.

Mr. M.C.Tzeng received his B.S. degree in Chemistry from Tamkang University and MS degree in Applied Chemistry from Chung Yuan University.
