Fixed Pay
Annual base package includes 12 months' base salary
Fixed 2 months year-end bonus (Taiwan only)
Bonus Program
We offer various bonus programs to reward employees for performance excellence that contributes to the success of the company. The payout is based on profitability, employees’ contribution, and performance against corporate-defined goals.
Profit-sharing
Employees in Taiwan are eligible to participate in TSMC profit sharing bonus program in accordance with the prevailing company policy.
Overseas employees are eligible to participate in other
incentive programs in accordance with the prevailing company
policy.
