| In cooperation with the government’s
policy on economic development and to bring in top talents
to TSMC, TSMC yearly holds Research and Development Substitute
Services program (RDSS) and Advanced Offer program (AO) between
the months of October and December. RDSS program not only
helps TSMC enhance research capability and competitiveness
in the semiconductor industry, but also makes top talents
from graduate school continue their learning and development.
For those choosing to take regular military service, AO program
provides graduate students secure jobs, directly becoming
part of the TSMC family upon discharging from the military
service.
