Dedication to Employee Volunteer Program |

|
 In addition to financial sponsorships, the TSMC Foundation participates in social service through employee volunteer programs. We initiated and organized the "TSMC Guide Volunteer Program" at the National Museum of Natural Science for TSMC employees to serve as guides on weekends for the IC exhibition we sponsor. We also created the "TSMC Book Reading Volunteer Program" aimed at providing book reading events at rural schools in the Hsinchu and Tainan area. Volunteer Program not only enriches the lives of our employees, but also provides them with the opportunity to contribute to our society. |
