TSMC is honored to announce that it has won the Executive Yuan Council of Labor Affairs' first Employee Assistance Plan Outstanding Business Award, affirming the company's efforts in creating a friendly workplace and caring for employees' physical and mental help.
TSMC has actively consolidated resources from many different teams to develop programs support employees physical and mental well-being. In addition to implementing the "50-hour work week" policy, employees have also established 65 separate clubs and volunteer programs, with total membership of 7,500, to further help employees balance work and private life. At the same time, we also contract external consultants to provide professional counseling services and tracking of individual cases. In addition, we also held seminars on topics such as personal legal affairs, money management, gender equality, marriage, and family, which were attended by a total of more than 30,000 employees this year.
