The Technician Apprenticeship Program combines supervision, structure, on-the-job training, related technical instruction, and personal and professional development. At TSMC AZ, we support all our employees and are committed to personal and professional development and training. Our Apprenticeship Program is aligned with industry standards and is founded on our Taiwan-based training programs and United States-based apprenticeship models.
