Toppan Technical Design Center Inc. (“TDC” hereafter) provides customers with LSI Design Service, Application Design Service, LSI Turn-Key Service, LSI Prototyping Service and Device Solutions Service. TDC is a subsidiary of Toppan Printing established in 1989 and now is one of the largest independent LSI Design Houses in Japan with over 50 years' of experience in LSI Design Service and over 25 years of experience in LSI Turn-Key Service.
For LSI Design Service, TDC can provide 350nm to 7nm process design mainly in the category of RF & Wireless Communication, High-speed Transmission, Sensor Circuit, Power Management and Memory. TDC’s Design Team can support customers in various Chip implementations and can meet customer’s requirements on Cost, Lead time (include Short TAT) and High Quality Design. For LSI Turn-Key Service, TDC can provide best solution for customers based on the LSI design service technology. TDC’s Turnkey Team can provide final products with high quality to customers. TDC's turnkey is capable of providing full custom-developments for specific users and their specific applications, cooperating with foundries, OSATs, test houses and analysis vendors to provide quality assured products. For Device Solutions Services, TDC can provide solutions which meets the customer needs (planning, feasibility study and product manufacturing).
