Leave and Work Attendance

Holiday |
In addition to 12 national holidays, the Company provides another 7 memorial days every year. |
Annual leave |
We value the well-being and work-life balance of our employees by providing annual leave as part of our comprehensive benefits package. New hires would be granted 1-day annual leave for every 2 full months of service during their first year of employment. |
Sick leave |
Regular full-time employees are entitled to 120 hours full-paid and 120 hours half-paid sick leave during a year. (10 hours per month) |

All regular employees in Taiwan can allocate up to 20% of their monthly salary as employee contribution for ESPP, making up as 85% of the total fund value with the company subsidizing the remaining 15%. |

Maternity Benefits
|
Maternity and paternity leave |
- The Company provides maternity leave benefits that exceed statutory requirements to ensure comprehensive support for expecting mothers, with 12 weeks of maternity leave for the first child; 16 weeks for the second child and 20 weeks for the third child and subsequent children.
- 10 days of paternity leave is provided for the fathers in supporting their work and family responsibilities.

New-born subsidy |
- Both the Company group insurance and the Employee Welfare Committee provides a NT$10,000 subsidy for each new-born.

Childcare and nursing environment |
Additional childcare and nursing benefits such as:
- Special maternity parking spot.
- Breast-feeding room
- Night shift employee who requires to breastfeed child under 1 year-old may apply to day shift to accommodate their needs.

- The Company provides a variety of dining options at each Fab. Convenience stores, bookstores, laundry facilities, and other amenities are also provided for employee convenience.
- Transportation and employee dormitories are provided between different sites.

- Fitness facilities and sport courses are widely available at each plant. The Sports Center features an indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room facilities.
